Basic Services offered to all Willow Creek residents include:
- 24-hour staff
- Three meals daily plus snacks

- All utilities (except telephone)
- Community Health Resource referrals
- Weekly housekeeping
- Weekly linen service
- Apartment maintenance
- Scheduled transportation
- Planned activity schedule
- In addition to Basic Services, Willow Creek offers Assisted Living choices for an additional fee.
