Willow Creek Memory Care & Day Care at Buffalo caters to residents with Alzheimer's and other Dementias with a community designed with their special needs in mind.

It also has has Adult Day Care and 24-hour Respite Care to meet the needs of people who wish to live at home and require a place to stay while their caretakers are fulfilling other responsibilities.

Willow Creek Assisted Living Community at San Martín is our newest, largest, and most high-tech community, designed for active seniors who desire a luxurious setting with the option of additional services as they are desired.

• Assisted Living (Opening October, 2008 - currently taking reservations)
• Adult Day Care
• 24-hour Respite Care for up to 30 days (and beyond) will be available
