All her life Karen Busch has wanted to care for people, so she spent 23 years in Nursing. In 2002, she was fortunate enough to start her employment with Willow Creek Assisted Living and Memory Care.

While people often talk about finding their niche, sometimes they have no idea what that niche will turn out to be. Karen never imagined, even 10 years ago, that she would be doing something as rewarding as Community Liaison with seniors and their families.
