Wendy Herman Ramirez is one of many family members here at Willow Creek; sister of Don Herman, Founder, and is proud to be part of the Willow Creek family. She was born in Las Vegas and has lived here her entire life. Wendy has been working in memory care since our first building opened in 1997 and is the Executive Director of our newest memory care community in San Martin, opening in January 2009.

She has worked in many fields during her career including business management, human resources, family relations and resident care. She has embraced each endeavor with integrity and compassion. Her passion with the elderly comes straight from the heart and she shares it with everyone she comes in contact with.

She is married to a wonderful husband and they have two great daughters. She is fluent in Spanish which has been very helpful with the growing Latin American population in our area.
