Jessica Ford is Willow Creek’s purchasing agent and assistant to the CFO. She has worked in the accounting department of Willow Creek since 2003. She provides high quality financial services to Willow Creek’s residents, their families, our staff, and vendors in a manner that is both timely and confidential.

Jessica had previously worked 2 terms with Americorps in association with the Boys and Girls Clubs of Las Vegas as an educational director, working hands-on with the k-12 students of Clark County. During her second term with Americorps, she served as the President, helping promote their missions and passion in the community.

She is a high school graduate of Las Vegas’ Community College of Southern Nevada and a current student at the University of Las Vegas, working to obtain her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, as well as training with the Willow Creek staff to become an assisted living administrator.

Her philosophy in life is that somewhere in each of us there is at least one ounce of good, as well as greatness, which makes the world a beautiful, balanced place. She believes that her role now and in the future with Willow Creek will help create a much-needed caring environment for the residents of the greater Las Vegas area. She admires Willow Creek’s diverse communities and its mission, where adults can experience personal enrichment and connect with one another in a manner that respects each resident’s physical, mental, social, emotional, and spiritual needs and rights.

She was born in Guadalajara, Mexico, and at the age of 8 moved to Las Vegas, where she now resides with her husband and two dogs.
