Hector Rodriguez is Willow Creek’s chief financial officer. He has been in charge of all financial operations of the company since 2001. He is responsible for developing and monitoring the company's appropriated budgets, site planning, construction, and building operations.

Hector is no stranger to the financial world. He brings 23 years of experience in financial activities and has previously worked as a controller with a large group of companies in Mexico City, Guadalajara, and Las Vegas. He graduated with a degree in Business Administration with a minor in Accounting from the University of Guadalajara in 1985.

He is committed to Willow Creek’s mission and strives to help maintain the Family motto, for which Willow Creek is well known. He knows that Willow Creek is here to make a difference in the community and has great satisfaction knowing that he is, in his way, making a contribution that will better Las Vegas’ communities.

Hector currently resides in Las Vegas with his wife Alma and son Azael. He has two children, and three dogs. When not working, he enjoys time with his family, traveling, and watching soccer.
