What situations may arise where a resident may not be able to continue living at Willow Creek?

Situations in which we would no longer be capable of providing services include:

  • The resident demonstrated behavior that imposes an imminent danger to self or others
  • Refusal to pay, or nonpayment of charges
  • The facility can't meet the resident's needs with the available support structure. This may include residents who:
    • have Alzheiner's Disease or Dementia and demonstrate behaviors that show they are trying to leave the facility, cause harm to others, or cause the inability to provide staff an accurate description of needs
    • are permanently bedfast
    • require skilled nursing care or other medical supervision on a 24-hour basis
    • require gastrostomy care
