Assisted Living offers non-medical services like: assistance with activities of daily living, bathing, grooming and dressing, transportation to medical offices and shopping, medication reminders and meal preparation.

A health assessment is conducted prior to move-in. The resident, family members, significant other, and Willow Creek staff develop an individually-tailored service plan together. The service plan is updated periodically to assure that, as the resident’s needs change, the services are adjusted accordingly.

Each apartment has a private bath and shower, as well as its own kitchenette that includes a small refrigerator, microwave oven, sink, and counter space. Flat linen laundry services are provided. Cable TV is provided in all units as well as the TV Room.

The floor plans have been designed with the needs of the senior adult in mind, with space to move independently.

In addition, any assisted living services are provided with your privacy and dignity in mind.
