The Willow Creek Assisted Living and Memory Care at Buffalo Community provides many levels of care.

Residents can start out with basic resident services and add higher levels of assistance as they become desirable. Assisted Living and Memory Care services are tailored to the requirements of the individual resident. Willow Creek Caregivers work closely with the residents' physicians to comply with their Plan of Care and with the families to ensure satisfaction.
