The Willow Creek Assisted Living and Memory Care at Buffalo Community offers a wide choice of resident services. Willow Creek is a fully licensed Assisted Living Community.

Basic Services offered to all Willow Creek residents include:

• 24-hour staff
• Three meals daily plus snacks
• Social and community services
• All utilities (except telephone)
• Community Health Resource referrals
• Weekly housekeeping
• Weekly linen service
• Apartment maintenance
• Scheduled transportation
• Planned activity schedule
