Willow Creek Assisted Living and Memory Care was founded in 1997 as a family owned business. It was one of the first of its kind in the Las Vegas valley. We own and operate the finest assisted living and memory care communities in Las Vegas, including our two newest communities in southwest Las Vegas: Willow Creek Assisted Living Community at San Martín and Willow Creek Memory Care & Day Care at San Martín.

The reputation and success of Willow Creek comes from our strong commitment to the residents we serve, the family values we incorporate, and our ability to respond to the needs of our residents and their families.

As we hear of new ideas or changes desired to meet the needs of our residents, we easily incorporate those enhancements by using Don Herman Construction, which is family owned and operated as well.
